Professional Development Lead

Are you a qualified leadership and management professional who is passionate about developing others? We are looking for an experienced and credible Professional Development Lead to design and deliver high-quality training programmes in Leadership & Management and Project Management to businesses and professionals across the region. This is a commercially focused, client-facing role where your subject matter expertise will be front and centre. What We're Looking For
- A minimum of ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent, such as CMI Level 5), with a proven track record of delivering training at this level or above to professional audiences.
- L3 CAVA assessor qualification or equivalent — highly desirable; training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
- V1 IQA award or equivalent — highly desirable; training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
- L3 Education & Training award or higher — desirable but not essential.
- Experience of a Level 4 Project Management qualification (or equivalent, such as APM PMQ or PRINCE2 Practitioner), with the ability to design and deliver project management training to a business audience.
- A confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships, adapt training delivery to diverse professional audiences, and represent In-Comm with credibility in a commercial setting.
- Strong organisational skills with experience managing a varied training programme, including scheduling, course preparation, and post-delivery evaluation to continuously improve quality and impact.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Ability and willingness to be able to travel to multiple client sites and locations within West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire area to deliver training.
