Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing detailed property check-out inspections and reports.
- Assisting with student move-ins, including key collections and welcoming new tenants.
- Responding to enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
- Supporting the office with day-to-day administration.
- Assisting with property inspections and preparing properties for new tenants.
- Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance issues.
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing excellent customer service to students, parents and guarantors.
- Supporting the wider team with general office duties as required.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, property or lettings role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
What We Offer
- Friendly and supportive working environment.
- Full training on our systems and processes.
- A varied and rewarding role.
- Opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.
- Experience within the student accommodation and property sector.
