We supply and maintain EPOS (electronic point of sale) systems, digital order pads, self-ordering kiosks and other related technologies. These help our partners in the hospitality industry manage their operations efficiently through innovative technology. With our 0% commission policy, our partners retain all of their order profits while paying us for our services.
Duties of our HR & Recruitment Advisor
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both our recruitment function and day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies through to onboarding new employees.
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and workforce planning.
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Preparing employment offers, contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinating inductions and supporting new starters throughout their probation period.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR systems are accurate and up to date.
- Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Supporting performance management processes, probation reviews and employee development.
- Assisting with employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Supporting learning and development initiatives and coordinating training where required.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, GDPR and company HR policies.
- Assisting with policy reviews and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Producing recruitment and HR reports, workforce metrics and management information.
- Supporting ISO9001 quality standards and HR compliance requirements.
- Working alongside our third-party HR advisors, Croner HR Support.
- Assisting with wider HR projects and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within an HR, Recruitment or HR Advisory role.
- Experience managing recruitment campaigns and coordinating hiring processes.
- Knowledge of UK emplod interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to work.
- A degree in HR, Business or a related discipline, or an equivalent HR qualification (desirable).
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn, develop and grow within the business.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when business needs require
