We're looking for a brilliant General Manager to take ownership of this excellent and growing quick service restaurants third site which operates Monday-Friday!
This quick service restaurant is all about nutritious, feel-good lunches that are created using exceptional British produce. Its super wholesome, hearty and vibrant bowls and fresh juices are all created with sustainability in mind. They genuinely care about doing things the right way, from sourcing to packaging, while building a loyal following along the way.
As General Manager, you’ll be right at the centre of it all, leading from the front, building a strong team, and keeping standards high. This hands-on, role is ideal for someone who thrives in these kinds of environments and knows how to keep things running smoothly. You’ll take real ownership of the site, from team and culture to performance and customer experience.
We’re looking for someone confident in quick service restaurants or high-volume restaurant settings, comfortable managing customisable menus, and ideally with previous experience in a similar set up.
