Job Description
Daneman Infrastructure Solutions Ltd is seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Capital Projects Manager to lead the planning and execution of major infrastructure and capital investment programmes. You will oversee complex projects from concept through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with commercial, technical, and regulatory requirements. This role requires exceptional leadership, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the delivery of capital projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality objectives are successfully achieved.
- Develop project execution strategies, procurement plans, and governance frameworks for infrastructure investments.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising engineers, consultants, contractors, and commercial partners.
- Monitor project risks, contractual obligations, cost forecasts, and schedule performance while implementing mitigation strategies.
- Build strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Significant experience managing large-scale capital, infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, contract administration, cost management, and programme controls.
- Proven leadership experience overseeing cross-functional project teams and external contractors.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive-level communication abilities.

Pay: £70,000.00-£92,000.00 per year
