Head Chef required for an exciting catering and events business based in Oxford. This Head Chef role offers an excellent work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule and the opportunity to lead and develop a talented kitchen team.

Head Chef requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Strong leadership, team-management and organisational skills
- Experience delivering high-quality food within catering, events, hospitality or a similar environment
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards
- Ability to manage menus, stock, costs and kitchen operations effectively
