We are hiring a strategic and technically strong Audience & AdTech Manager to transform how we design, scale and activate our Ad serving, measurement and audience platforms within our digital ecosystem. This role is central to building a high performing audience and measurement infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence across AdTech platforms and driving automation to improve speed, quality and scalability.
You will own end to end, Audience Strategy, Ad Serving and associated Data Activation workflows. You will achieve excellence through evaluation of tagging and tracking foundations and evolving these foundations into a transformative ad tech and audience roadmap, that will underpin the ad ops department’s overall strategy. This is a senior managerial position, and you will be given opportunity to translate complex Audience, Ad tech, Data and Privacy concepts into clear, actionable processes — There will be opportunity to build collaborative working relationships with the best programmatic minds in the business, Media Planning are always bringing new Ad Tech platform requests for assessment and integration. Plus, you will be responsible for mentoring an ad ops team and quickly become a people manager with direct reports.

Own the full audience lifecycle for Adobe digital media activations.

You will define and create new audience using 1st party data from Adobe CDP, 1st and 3rd party data within all major DSPs as well as cohort and contextual strategies across managed partners.

Once created, your audience will require enrichment to scale and monitoring the performance you will develop optimisation strategies.

Ensure seamless activation through DMPs, CDPs, DSPs and ad servers, maintaining accuracy and hygiene.

Develop a clear taxonomy and segmentation strategy that supports reporting on audience tactics within programmatic buying, and cross-channel activation

Experience in an Ad Tech role at Agency, Advertiser or Publisher.

Deep experience in audience management, segmentation, and activation across multiple platforms.

Strong understanding of DMPs/CDPs, data pipelines, identity, match rates, and consent-driven workflows.

Hands-on experience with ad servers, DSPs, tracking, and tagging infrastructures.

Understanding of data privacy and its impact on audience and tracking operations.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing a small team.

Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders.
