As a Bar Supervisor you are responsible for supporting the restaurant manager in the smooth running of the restaurant and making sure that each shift runs well.
- Supervise and support bar staff, including coaching and performance management.
- Ensure drinks are served promptly, accurately, and to Shrigley Hall standards.
- Maintain excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and minimise waste.
- Handle cash, reconcile tills, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, including responsible alcohol service.
- Address guest enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Assist in preparing and updating drinks menus, promotions, and specials.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support bar operations during events and functions.
- Conduct bar cleaning and equipment maintenance checks.

- Previous bar supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of drinks, mixology, and upselling techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
