Store Manager – Timberland Edinburgh

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Timberland store in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader who enjoys developing people, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store to achieve and exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure excellent service standards at all times.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop your team to maximise performance.
- Motivate the team through effective leadership, communication, and support.
- Manage all day-to-day store operations, including cash handling, banking, opening and closing procedures, and administration.
- Ensure excellent product knowledge across the team and inspire confidence in selling Timberland products.
- Oversee stock management, deliveries, stock returns, refunds, exchanges, and inventory accuracy.
- Analyse sales performance and use commercial awareness to drive opportunities and improve results.
- Manage employee performance, conduct regular reviews, and support team development.
- Ensure high visual merchandising standards and full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Act as a positive brand ambassador for both Timberland and Future D2C Ltd.
About You
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver KPI results.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to driving business performance.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required.
