Join our specialist production team manufacturing premium Residence Collection flush windows and doors using industry-leading Timberweld® technology. You'll also have the opportunity to work across our aluminium window and door range within a modern, technology-driven manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture premium Residence Collection windows and doors to the highest quality standards.
- Fabricate and assemble aluminium windows and doors.
- Operate CNC machinery and compressed air tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production information.
- Work across fabrication and assembly departments as required.
- Maintain excellent quality standards while meeting production targets.
- Use digital production systems and barcode tracking throughout the manufacturing process.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience within the fenestration manufacturing industry.
- Previous experience fabricating PVCu windows and doors.
- Experience manufacturing Residence Collection products would be advantageous.
- Aluminium fabrication experience is desirable.
- Inline welding experience.
- Experience using CNC machinery and pneumatic tools.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality products.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
