Duties
- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel instantly welcome and valued
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and service stations to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas before and after shifts to ensure readiness for busy periods
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow team members to deliver a cohesive guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint
Qualifications
- Energetic attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork ethic with a proactive approach to assisting colleagues and guests alike
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
