We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Protection / Insurance Broker to join our team. Duties
- Assess clients’ financial situations and identify suitable mortgage protection and insurance products
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients, ensuring they understand their options
- Assist clients in completing applications accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy details in accordance with company standards
- Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and market trends to provide current advice
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to facilitate smooth policy processing
- Conduct regular reviews of existing policies to ensure continued suitability for clients’ needs
Skills
- Proven experience or background in financial services or insurance is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of basic maths to accurately assess client needs and calculate premiums or coverage options
