We require a Chef de Partie to join the team at SHU Restaurant, Lisburn Road, Belfast. As a Chef de Partie you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen and be capable of running your own section. The job is a 4 days day work week.
Essential criteria for the role
- Minimum one year's experience in high quality restaurants or hotels
- Commitment in delivering the highest standards
- Must be a great team player
- Must be able to read, follow instructions and converse fluently in the English language
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in fine dining style restaurants or Michelin Bib Gourmand & 2 AA Rosette level or higher restaurants
- An appropriate qualification such as NVQ Level 2 or higher in catering
