This post is to cover a maternity leave but there may be opportunities for the right candidate to secure a permanent post.
We are a warm and welcoming school, which has grown rapidly in recent years, with 211 children on roll. The school is fortunate to be located in a beautiful village, surrounded by countryside. We offer an attractive, bespoke learning environment, complete with a wide range of resources and up to date technology. Our extensive school grounds promote many opportunities for outdoor learning and children benefit from a large field, sports pitches, a woodland area and a school garden where we grow our own fresh produce.

- Deliver consistently high quality learning opportunities
- Have a passion for children's learning and development
- Demonstrate good levels of skill in numeracy and literacy
- Be a positive role model
- Be committed to upholding our school core values and Christian ethos
- Build strong and positive relationships with the class teacher, the children and their families
- Be committed to whole school life and be willing to support extra-curricular activities and school events
The school will offer:
- A high level of support and commitment from our hard working staff
- Spacious, attractive, well-resourced classrooms and work areas
- Friendly, polite and motivated children who are keen to learn
- A supportive headteacher and Governing Body, with a positive attitude to continuing professional development
- A commitment to high quality staff training
- Opportunities for career development and promotion for the right candidate
- A beautiful setting, with excellent motorway links
