Location: Brighton ( West Sussex)
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily tasks including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medication following prescribed schedules
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills and a caring demeanour are essential for this role
- Engaging with various activities prescribed by physio and other therapist
- Providing calm, consistent support
- Helping with personal care, daily activities, and emotional regulation
- Understanding sensory needs and adapting accordingly
- Experience with Learning Disability or complex behavioural needs is essential
- Calm, empathetic, and observant, with a strong understanding of Challenging behaviour .
