The Role
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Duty Manager to support and manage front desk operations as well act as a supporting member in F&B when required.
As one of the hotel's key operational leaders, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You'll lead by example, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome, outstanding service and a memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Front Office Manager/Operations Manager in the day-to-day operation of Reception.
- Lead, motivate and inspire the Reception team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
- Ensure guests receive a friendly, efficient and professional check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints with confidence and professionalism.
- Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Promote the hotel's facilities, services and current offers to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with team training, coaching and ongoing development.
- the role requires occasionally cover for Night Duty Manager
- Ensure hotel standards, policies and brand expectations are maintained at all times.

- Experienced in a hotel reception or front office supervisory role (essential).
- Food and Beverage knowledge desirable

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
