Due to high demand and our business growing, We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team! This dynamic role offers the opportunity to craft exceptional coffee, serve delicious food, and provide outstanding customer service in a lively environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care, ensuring each cup meets quality standards.
- Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including counters, equipment, and dining areas.
- Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills and ensure proper handling of payments.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and ensure customer safety.
- Support team members with general duties as needed, including restocking supplies and assisting with daily operations.
Experience
- Previous barista experience or serving experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly without compromising service quality.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash or card payments.
- Excellent communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.
Previous café or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
