The Geotechnical Sub Alliance (GSA) is at the forefront of the Sizewell C nuclear power station development - one of the UK’s largest and most exciting infrastructure programmes.
We’re responsible for preparing the foundations of the entire site: designing and constructing cut‑off walls, retaining structures, soil improvements and more. Using advanced geotechnical engineering and world‑class construction technologies, this is a rare opportunity to contribute to a national project that will shape the UK’s clean‑energy future.
The Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support and coordinate recruitment activity across the GSA project.
Working closely with project stakeholders, you will play a key role in tracking vacancies, managing recruitment data, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process across multiple roles and workstreams.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, data-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment Coordination & Tracking: Track all live vacancies, applicants and hiring progress across the project, maintaining accurate data to support reporting, workforce planning and decision-making.
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Support: Work closely with Hiring Managers, HR and project leads to understand requirements, track hiring priorities and ensure a consistent, coordinated recruitment approach.
Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications, vacancy management and recruitment inbox queries.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and analyse recruitment data, producing regular updates on pipeline, progress, risks and timelines to support project delivery.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support: Ensure a smooth candidate journey through timely communication and coordination.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or high-volume hiring environments
Experience within construction, engineering, or project-based environments
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing recruitment data
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders
Able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Strong IT skills, including Excel and applicant tracking systems such as Teamtailor
