We are seeking an Activity Programmes Director to lead programme operations, oversee service quality, support team performance, and improve delivery across active lifestyle and client-focused services. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a background in programme management, leisure services, wellbeing operations, events, community activities, or service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead activity programme operations, service workflows, and delivery schedules
- Oversee team performance, programme standards, reporting, and operational planning
- Coordinate with clients, service partners, vendors, internal teams, and senior stakeholders
- Monitor programme quality, participant feedback, workflow efficiency, and operational risks
- Develop process improvements to strengthen service delivery and client satisfaction
- Support staff development, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Prepare senior-level reports, programme updates, and operational recommendations
- Ensure all activities follow company procedures, service expectations, and timelines
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in programme management, leisure services, wellbeing operations, activity coordination, events, client services, or operations management
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with service teams, vendors, clients, activity programmes, or operational support functions is an advantage

Pay: £82,000.00-£102,000.00 per year
