URGENTLY RECRUITING – 2 MALE AND 2 FEMALE CARE WORKERS
East End Home Care Ltd is a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider based in East London. We support adults and children to live safely and independently in their own homes across East London.

We are currently looking for 2 male and 2 female care workers urgently to join our team and support clients in the Tower Hamlets area.
About the role
You will visit clients in their own homes and provide person-centred care based on their individual care plans. You will support clients to maintain their independence, dignity and choice.
What you will do
- Provide personal care and support with daily living, including washing, dressing, mobility, meals and companionship
- Support clients with medication in line with their care plan and our medicines policy
- Complete care notes accurately using our digital care system
- Communicate professionally with clients, families and healthcare professionals
- Promote clients' independence, dignity and choice
- Accompany or drive clients to appointments and outings where required
What we are looking for
- A caring attitude and reliability
- Previous experience in care is desirable, but not essential
- Good spoken and written English
- Basic IT skills to complete digital care records
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check for the adults and children's workforce
- Right to work in the UK
