Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum
Annual Leave: Enhanced annual leave entitlement
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Service: Registered 2-Bed Learning Disability Children's Home
About Aamanah Care Group
Aamanah Care Group is a specialist children's residential care provider focused on supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and complex individual needs.
We currently operate two specialist Learning Disability residential services, with an ambitious plan to expand our provision across the Midlands and the North of England.
Our aim is to build a respected specialist LD residential group where children receive highly individualised care, strong therapeutic relationships, consistent boundaries and opportunities to develop independence, confidence and life skills.
As part of this next phase of growth, we are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our flagship service in Loughborough.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to take leadership of an already registered and operational 2-bed Learning Disability children's home.
The successful candidate will not be joining a service that is waiting to open or complete registration. You will be taking responsibility for an established, registered home and will be expected to provide strong operational leadership, maintain excellent regulatory standards and continue developing the service.
As our flagship home, you will play an important role in demonstrating what excellent specialist LD residential care looks like within Aamanah Care Group.
You will have the autonomy to lead your team, develop the service and contribute to the wider direction of the organisation as we expand.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate that they have personally contributed to achieving and maintaining high regulatory standards.
