The role of the Programme Administrator is to provide comprehensive and high-quality administration for CEL Leadership programmes.
You will provide a high-quality administrative service to participants, facilitators and ECF / NPQ delivery partners, working in close collaboration with other CEL programme administrators, CEL programme leaders and professional colleagues from schools.
You should be pro-active in your work and demonstrate an ability to work effectively in a team.
The post is available at 1 FTE until 31 July 2027 in the first instance.

You will have experience of administering educational or professional development programmes and a strong understanding of the operational requirements involved.
You will be skilled in data management and the production of management information reports, with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and confident using Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) platforms and Student Management Systems.
You will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, manage competing priorities effectively, deliver excellent customer service, and identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
