How you'll make a difference
You'll design, build and embed AI capabilities that solve real business problems and support our transformation, data and AI ambitions. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work closely with business teams, architects, security, risk and data colleagues to take ideas from proof of concept through to scalable, well-governed solutions.
What will you bring to the role?
- Hands-on experience of designing, building, maintaining and supporting AI solutions from end to end, in an enterprise environment.
- Strong Foundry and Copilot experience
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data, applications, APIs or workflows.
- Strong technical capability in Python.
- Awareness of responsible AI, AI risk management, data protection, UK GDPR, security and compliance principles.
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business challenges into practical AI or automation solutions.
- The confidence to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex ideas clearly and collaboratively.
- Experience with cloud-based AI, analytics or engineering platforms; Databricks would be beneficial.
