As a Flexible Waiter - In Room Dining, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences directly to our guests' suites. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest suites in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Set up and present in-room dining orders to the highest standards, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of orders.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised service that enhances the overall guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of service equipment and pantry areas.
- Handle guest requests, enquiries, and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.
About You
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a keen eye for detail.
- Confident working independently while maintaining high standards and professionalism.
