Join the Rubix Removals Team – 3.5t Drivers Wanted

Rubix Removals & Storage is expanding, and we’re looking for skilled, reliable drivers to take the wheel of our 3.5-tonne vans and lead the way on our moves.
We’re proud members of the Move Assured Association of Independent Removers, with a 5star reputation for stress-free moving across Kent, London and the UK.
The Role – More Than Just Driving
As a Rubix Driver, you’ll be at the heart of our operations:
- Driving 3.5-tonne vans safely and responsibly across local and national routes
- Leading your crew on the road and at each job
- Liaising with customers, ensuring they’re kept informed and reassured
- Overseeing the safe loading, securing and unloading of goods
- Supporting the team with lifting, packing, and furniture assembly/disassembly
Our jobs vary from local house moves to long-distance relocations, sometimes with overnight stays (accommodation and allowances provided). Every day is different — and every day, you’re in the driving seat.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid UK driving licence (with 2+ years’ driving experience preferred)
- You must have a car or ability to commute to the yard
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting up to 25kg
- A safe, confident driver who takes pride in the road and the job
- Reliable, polite, and customer-focused
- Flexible with early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekend work
- Removals experience preferred but not essential – training provided
