Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £27,100–£32,000 base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000+ in Year 1)

About the Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting and delivering high-level recruitment projects for senior and executive appointments. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will be trained in every aspect of the search process, from market research and candidate engagement to client communication and offer negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed market mapping and research to identify top-tier candidates
- Engage with senior professionals through headhunting, networking, and direct outreach
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from briefing through to placement
- Assist in drafting job specifications, candidate reports, and search documentation
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality search assignments
Candidate Requirements:
- University graduate (graduated 2024-2026)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in business and leadership
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Presentable (happy wearing corporate office attire)
