About us: Beacon Kitchens & Interiors is a busy, growing kitchen and interiors company based in Hertfordshire, covering Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. We deliver high-quality kitchen installations and full renovation projects for residential clients across the area. We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Fitter / Multi-Trader to join our team on a permanent, employed basis.
The role:
- Fitting kitchens to a high standard, from strip-out to final finish
- Working across complete renovation projects - carpentry, tiling, and general building tasks as needed
- Working directly in customers' homes, representing the business professionally
- Working as part of a small, reliable team
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a kitchen fitter, ideally with broader multi-trade capability (carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing)
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A reliable, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
What we offer:
- £39,000 to £41,000 per year, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday role, with Saturday work often available
- Company van and tools are offered with this role during work hours
- Steady, ongoing project pipeline with a growing local business
