Overview
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking self-employed Groundsman to join our friendly tree surgery team.
What we're looking for:
- Available 3–5 days per week
- Previous tree surgery/groundsman experience preferred, but a good work ethic and willingness to learn are essential
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Punctual, reliable and able to work well as part of a team

Duties
- Use hand tools and power tools to prune, trim, and shape trees
- Undertake landscape maintenance tasks to enhance the health and appearance of trees
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to operate equipment effectively
- Dig, irrigate, build, and maintain garden areas
- Perform groundskeeping duties to ensure the overall upkeep of outdoor spaces
Experience
- Previous experience in tree surgery or related field is desirable
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Knowledge of tree species and their care requirements
- Full clean uk driving licence
Pay: £110.00-£160.00 per day
