Job Overview:
The role is multifaceted, requiring a wide range of skills from basic electrical troubleshooting to minor plumbing and fabrication. The engineer will ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in line with our company standards, contributing to the overall safety and functionality of the environments we service. Proficiency in using mobile working solutions , as is a full clean driving license. Office is based in Spalding Lincolnshire but travel will be required around sites in England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance activities in accordance with company standards throughout the sites
- Carrying out installations & remedial works.
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Replace tubes, lamps, ballasts and lamp fittings
- Carry out minor adaptations to the environment, i.e. putting up shelves, notice boards etc
- Minor decoration and refurbishment
- Unblock sinks, toilets and drains as required
- Repair leaks, fit new tap washers, repair ballcocks etc
- Light Plumbing installations as required
- Adjust doors, tighten hinges, change or fit locks and door closures
- AC & AHU maintenance duties including cleaning, filters & drive belts.
- General Maintenance Person Duties
- Proficient use of mobile working solutions and Office based programmes / spreadsheets
