About the Role
As a Content Creator Apprentice, you’ll support the creation and delivery of content across multiple platforms including social media, websites, and blogs.
This is a creative and fast-paced role where you’ll learn how to develop content that connects with audiences, builds brand identity, and drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Produce engaging content for social media, websites, and blogs
- Assist with planning and delivering content campaigns
- Support brand storytelling through creative content
Design & Visuals
- Create graphics and visuals using tools such as Canva or similar
- Assist with editing images and digital assets
- Help ensure content aligns with brand style and messaging
Video Content
- Support video creation, including filming and basic editing
- Assist with producing short-form video for social platforms
- Contribute ideas for video concepts and formats
Performance & Insights
- Monitor engagement and performance across content
- Assist with analysing results and identifying improvements
- Support optimisation of content based on data and trends
Trends & Ideas
- Research social media trends and competitor activity
- Bring forward new ideas for content and campaigns
- Stay up to date with digital trends and platform updates
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Creative and passionate about digital content
- Interested in social media platforms and trends
- A strong communicator with good written skills
- Confident bringing ideas to life
- Organised and able to manage tasks effectively
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience using Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Any content creation experience (personal or academic)
- Interest in video creation and editing
- Basic understanding of social media performance
