We are currently looking for a hardworking and reliable General Labourer to join our busy production team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated individual to assist with the day-to-day running of our workshop and factory. This is a hands-on role involving general labouring duties, helping to keep the workplace organised, safe, and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Sweeping floors and maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Assisting with packing, wrapping, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the factory
- Assisting production staff with general duties as required
- Helping to lift and carry doors, timber, and other materials
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste materials appropriately
- Keeping storage and work areas organised
- Assisting with deliveries and stock handling
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Previous factory, warehouse, or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential
