Sales Administrator - Abingdon, Oxfordshire
The rewards

- Monday - Friday, Full time
The role of Sales Administrator:
- Input quotations & sales orders onto SAP received via telephone, email, fax etc.
- Answer customer queries relating to sales order status, pricing etc.
- Create customer accounts on SAP.
- Input relevant customer information onto SAP CRM.
- Liaise with Purchasing, Warehouse and Machine Shop departments to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
- Maintain customer Blanket Order schedules.
- Process Production Orders and BOMs.
- Take credit card payments.
The ideal Sales Administrator:
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Customer Service, or administrative role.
- Ideally experience in SAP B1
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience using CRM systems and ERP software is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
- A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
