Our client, a welcoming day nursery setting, is seeking a Room Leader to join their team and lead one of the nursery rooms. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a room within a high-quality early years setting. Offering a brilliant salary, which also includes a £1000 joining bonus, salary is up to £36k depending on experience
What our Clients are looking for
Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role
- Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
Ideal Nursery Room Leader Candidate
- Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
- Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
- Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
- Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
