Requirements:
- 2 years' experience working in the wine industry.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The role involves communicating with clients, preparing portfolio valuations, providing company updates and insights into the fine wine investment market, and managing client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
To succeed in this position, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer-first approach, strong IT proficiency, and outstanding organisational abilities. You will be capable of prioritising a varied workload, meeting multiple deadlines, and performing effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Inhouse and external training provided.
Role Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and complex or escalated issues professionally.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Manage annual client administration and maintaining accurate records.
- Client portfolio valuations, with strong attention to detail and market insights.
- Facilitate transfer requests.
Salary: £28,000 + bonus.
