We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Commercial Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in commercial premises, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently achieved.
Hours are from 18:30 -21:30 Monday to Friday - 15 hours in total
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, kitchens, and washrooms.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors as required.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in designated areas.
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Replenish consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
- Clean internal glass, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Follow health and safety procedures and company cleaning standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to management.
- Secure premises where required at the end of the shift.
Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Physically capable of carrying out cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage
Pay: From £12.80 per hour
