Our Values
Commitment – “We make it happen.” Anytime. Anywhere. We don’t make excuses – we find solutions. When things get complex, we lean in, not out.
Collaboration – “Better together.” One size never fits all. We listen first then build solutions together – with our clients and each other.
Responsibility – “We own the outcome.” Own it. Protect it. Improve it. We take responsibility for outcomes, relationships and our impact on the world around us.
Value – “More than rental.” We go beyond the kit. Our value isn’t what we just supply – it’s in how we think, advise and deliver.
The Role
The Client Success Executive sits within the UK Sales and Client Services team and plays an important role in developing strong relationships with existing and returning clients while supporting the growth of the business.
This is a customer-facing and commercially focused role, suited to someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and finding opportunities to help customers. You will support clients throughout their journey with One World Rental, helping to ensure they receive excellent service while also identifying opportunities to introduce additional products, services and solutions.
You will work closely with Sales, Client Services, Operations, Logistics and our global offices to ensure customer requirements are understood, communicated and delivered effectively. The role will involve a combination of client communication, account support, sales administration, follow-up and commercial activity.
You will not be expected to arrive as an expert in IT rental or event technology. Full training will be provided on our products, systems and processes. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, organisation, confidence and willingness to learn.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in client success, account management or sales within a fast-growing international business. There is clear scope to develop your responsibilities and progress within the organisation as your experience and commercial capability grow.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues across UK and international offices to support global client requirements.
