A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in the Blackley area of Manchester is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful initial agency placement.

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of Special Educational Needs.

Assist students in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals.

Work closely with teachers and the SEN department to deliver tailored support.

Promote positive behaviour and encourage student independence.

Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils to help them thrive both academically and personally.

Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.
