Role Overview
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitresses to join our growing team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the restaurant POS system.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about dishes and ingredients.
- Ensure tables are clean, organised, and ready for incoming guests.
- Process customer payments accurately.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to ensure excellent service.
Requirements Essential
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Previous restaurant, café, or hospitality experience.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Interest in Vietnamese food and culture.
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
