Digital Marketing Executive Location: Glasgow Job Type: Full-Time Pay: £27,000 - £35,000 a year
Job Summary
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to run our B2B digital marketing across social media, SEO, paid ads, and email. You'll plan and execute campaigns end to end, track performance with Google Analytics, and report results to the team. This is a full-time, paid role for someone who wants hands-on ownership of a company's digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels, aligned with company goals
- Manage social media accounts: create content, schedule posts, track engagement, and grow followers
- Run SEO activity - keyword research, on-page content optimisation, and link building, to grow organic traffic
- Build and send email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and use Google Analytics to track performance and improve ROI
- Design visuals in Adobe Photoshop and update website content in WordPress
- Prepare campaign reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint
- Work with the sales team and outside agencies to keep messaging and branding consistent
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to spot new opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in a marketing role, with a working knowledge of B2B marketing
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools
- Strong copywriting skills
- Comfortable using Adobe Photoshop and WordPress
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Comfortable working with data to guide campaign decisions
