We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist who is passionate about identifying new business opportunities, developing creative marketing campaigns, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify prospective clients, generate qualified leads, and develop opportunities that contribute to company growth.
Sales Management: Build strong client relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate solutions, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through successful completion.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and support digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Market Analysis: Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and recommend effective commercial strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor customer interactions, and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the sales journey.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives, sales objectives, and customer requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and develop long-term professional relationships.
Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of customer needs, sales techniques, negotiation, and business development principles.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with social media marketing, digital campaigns, CRM systems, and marketing analytics is highly desirable.
Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £28,420.00-£35,028.62 per year
