Responsibilities
- Perform a range of beauty treatments including waxing, manicures, pedicures, facials, eyebrow shaping/tinting, and eyelash extensions.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of service tailored to each client’s needs.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of your workstation and tools at all times.
- Provide professional advice on products and aftercare when needed.
- Build long-term client relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Work as part of a team to create a welcoming and relaxing salon atmosphere.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a salon or spa environment
- Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy (Level 3 preferred)
- Proficient in a wide range of beauty services
- Confident, friendly, and professional manner
- Ability to follow salon procedures and work independently
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
