Domiciliary Care Worker (Home Care)

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role involves delivering person‑centred care and ensuring clients feel safe, respected, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care - Assisting with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
- Medication Support - Prompting or administering medication (where trained) and completing accurate records.
- Meal Preparation - Preparing meals and supporting clients with dietary needs.
- Domestic Support - Light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment.
- Mobility Assistance - Supporting with moving and handling, transfers, and mobility aids.
- Companionship - Providing emotional support, conversation, and social interaction.
- Record Keeping - Completing daily notes, MAR charts, and incident reports.
- Safeguarding - Identifying and reporting concerns promptly.

Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check
- Right to work in the UK
- Mandatory care training (or willingness to complete)
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Previous care experience beneficial but not essential
Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour
