Johnston Property Development Ltd specialises in full property refurbishments for investors across South Wales. We don't build new houses - we take tired properties and completely transform them.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for another reliable multi-skilled tradesperson to join our team.
The role
We're not looking for someone who says they can do everything.
We're looking for someone who is genuinely decent at one trade and competent across a range of others.
Ideally you will be:
An experienced tiler who can produce a high-quality finish quickly. (Tiling is a huge bonus to potential canditates)
Or have another trade you are genuinely confident in.
Alongside your main trade you'll also be happy getting involved with:
- Carpentry
- Kitchen fitting
- Bathroom installations
- Plasterboarding
- Painting & decorating
- General snagging
- Property refurbishment work
What we're looking for
You must:
- Have refurbishment experience.
- Take pride in your work.
- Work quickly without compromising quality.
- Be reliable.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Be willing to learn new skills.
- Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred).
We are NOT looking for someone who:
- Constantly watches the clock.
- Spends all day on their phone.
- Cuts corners.
- Doesn't care about quality.
- Thinks certain jobs are "beneath them."

Pay: £120.00-£160.00 per day
