Job Title: Finance Coordinator
Reporting To: Finance Controller
Role Summary
As part of the finance team within this expanding business you will help facilitate the smooth running of the finance department, from producing sales invoices to processing purchase invoices, reconciliations, as well as helping with the daily ad hoc tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Matching delivery notes & purchase orders
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Raising and sending sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintaining Debtors ledger to ensure no late payments or bad debts
- Maintaining Creditors ledger ensuring that all suppliers are paid accurately and on time
- Credit card statement reconciliation and entry to ledger
- Recording/checking outbound/inbound waste and invoices on diary
- Dealing with queries and requests
- Helping to prepare for yearly audit
- Assisting Finance Management team
- Any other ad hoc finance tasks, as required by the business
Personal Specification:
Qualifications & Training
- Educated to GCSE level, incl. Maths & English (min. Grade 4, previously Grade C)
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Experience
- Sound knowledge of accounts processing
- Knowledge of Xero and Sage accounting packages
