Job Title: Internal Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Office-based - Rosyth
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (early finish on Fridays) - (we are open to part time or reduced hours for the right candidate)
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Internal Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a key office-based role combining sales performance with hands-on marketing.
The Role
You will take ownership of our internal sales activity while playing a vital role in shaping and delivering our marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hitting targets, generating ideas, and making a real impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deliver company marketing initiatives
- Achieve weekly sales targets by selling heating care insurance to existing customers
- Chase and convert existing quotes into confirmed sales
- Effectively utilise and update our existing CRM system
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and sales
About You
- Previous sales experience with a proven ability to hit targets
- Highly motivated, driven to succeed, and ambitious
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Marketing experience is preferred
- Creative, with your own ideas and the initiative to implement them
- Organised and comfortable working with CRM systems
