Job Overview
We are seeking a bakery Assistant to join our team in a busy bakery environment. The ideal candidate will support daily bakery operations by assisting with food production, preparation, and baking processes. Duties
- Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling baked goods according to recipes and specifications
- Support the baking process by operating ovens, mixers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and baking equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Help with packaging baked products for sale or delivery, ensuring presentation meets company standards
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is necessary
- Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe working environment
- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with additional food preparation tasks as needed
Experience

- Experience working in a bakery or bakery setting will be considered beneficial
