Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our healthcare facility in Great Britain. This role is vital in maintaining the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our healthcare environment, supporting our commitment to excellent patient care and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Operate and program programmable logic controllers to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct welding and mechanical repairs as needed.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with programmable logic controllers and schematics.
- Skilled in welding, electrical work, and mechanical repairs.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership and supervising skills.
- Good command of English language.
- Customer service orientation to support staff and patients.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
