Westcolour is one of the UK's leading print, mailing, fulfilment and logistics providers. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy Bicester operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, stock, and finished goods throughout our production facilities, whilst leading by example and supporting continuous improvement across the warehouse function.
The Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising day-to-day warehouse operations across our Bicester factories.
- Managing goods-in and goods-out processes and associated documentation.
- Ensuring accurate stock control and inventory management.
- Coordinating the movement of materials to support production schedules.
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Liaising with suppliers, production teams and transport providers.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
- Leading and motivating warehouse team members to achieve operational targets.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within a busy warehouse, manufacturing, logistics or production environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who can work effectively with colleagues, suppliers and management.
- A hands-on team player who leads by example.
- Reliable, committed and eager to contribute to long-term improvements.
- Able to prioritise workloads and work calmly under pressure.
- Computer literate and comfortable completing warehouse paperwork and records.
- Forklift Truck experience would be advantageous, although not essential.
