Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Lead Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will lead classroom sessions, motivate students to achieve mastery in maths, and support the development of fellow instructors. Your energy and expertise will help create an inspiring learning environment where children thrive and develop a lifelong love for maths.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging maths lessons tailored to students’ individual needs and learning styles
- Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that builds students’ confidence and enthusiasm for learning
- Mentor and support fellow instructors to ensure high-quality teaching standards are maintained
- Assess student progress regularly and adapt instruction to maximize understanding and mastery
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student achievements and areas for improvement
- Develop innovative lesson plans that incorporate mental, oral, visual, tactile, and written techniques
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and feedback
Skills
- Proven sports coaching experience demonstrating leadership, motivation, and team management skills
- Strong teaching background with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and team members
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to inspire children in their learning journey
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and needs
