Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle requirements through active listening and consultation
- Present and demonstrate used vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to maximise interest
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals
- Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up effectively
- Upsell additional services, warranties, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales revenue
- Conduct B2B sales when engaging with corporate clients or fleet buyers
- Maintain organised records of sales activities, appointments, and customer interactions
- Follow up with potential buyers via phone calls or emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Stay informed about current market trends, vehicle inventory, and competitor offerings to provide accurate advice
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive sales management is highly desirable
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are considered an advantage for engaging a diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software to streamline sales processes and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrated upselling capabilities coupled with persuasive phone etiquette
- Organised approach to work with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service
- Valid driving licence is essential for vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Pay: £28,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
